How to Dress “Sassy Professional”

Dressing for a corporate job, event or an interview can be nerve-racking. You want your look to come off as mature, professional and serious. I learned the term “Sassy Professional” at my job years ago and it’s stuck with me ever since. It pops up every time I have an important meeting to go to and want to avoid looking too put together or “stuffy.” I want my look to portray who I am - young, chic and a BOSS. When I think “sassy professional” those keywords inspire me to portray my most badass self, which always boosts my confidence.

Dressing sassy professional has to represent the true sass inside of you plus a little extra flair. For me, I love shirts with puffed sleeves because they elevate any outfit and give you the extra sprinkle of chic you need.

The pleated skirt is a must-have any closet. It’s lightweight and it’s easy to find skirts with elastic waists for any kind of day (we’ve all been there!). If you’re going to be doing a bit of walking, pair it with a super cool sneaker and if you’re going to a meeting slip on a heel that is not too high and still easy to walk in.
